Task team lauds SA efforts in tackling HIV-Aids

South Africa needs to strengthen efforts to address the vulnerability of women and girls to HIV infection.

These were the findings of the UN high level task force on women, girls and HIV for Eastern and Southern Africa.

The UN delegation concluded their week-long visit to the country on Saturday after a mid-term review of South Africa's commitment to the Accelerated Agenda for Women and Girls on HIV and Aids signed in 2010.
