Brown slams ‘stale’ Zille

At the opening of the provincial legislature in the Western Cape, Helen Zille said that the province had tackled some of the key problematic areas like health, unemployment, education and crime head-on and that the results had been significant. 

She praised the province's rescue and ambulance services expressed, expressed horror at the brutal rapes occurring in the province, said that service delivery initiatives are on track, that the national Development Plan was in its implementation stages and that an effective work and skills programme creating opportunities for unemployed youth was taking root.
